Crossing my fingers!

My mission today, open interviews for Forever 21! Yesterday I was looking at the Forever 21 website and randomly clicked on careers. I found out that they were having a open call interview session at Westside Pavillon, a mall on the west side of town, obviously. I decided "why not" try to get a part-time job while going to school full-time. I walked in the room and there were so many people applying for the position as I was. Note: I've never worked a day in my life! I was semi-nervous but I'm great at answering questions with sense. It was a group interview, I tried to make a great impression on Marco, the interviewer. I hope within the week I get a call back from Forever 21 offering me a J-O-B.

Gaga, creative director for Polaroid? YES! Lady Gaga is teaming up with Polaroid by becoming their creative director in creating a new line of polaroid cameras. "We won't be selling cameras with my face on them," Gaga said. "I'm working on bringing the instant film camera back as part of the future." I'm so excited! I used to have a polaroid camera but the small late 1990's type. I hope she creates an original polaroid camera so I can buy one. Are you excited?

Curves Prevail

January 14, 2010, V Magazine is releasing a size issue. Now, look at the photos above and notice how the models are working their curves. Seeing this puts a smile on my face and makes me proud to be a thick mamacita. Yes, there are millions of girls who have thighs, boobs, a butt, a pretty face and beyond fierce. This is the perfect way to start the year! Now if your plan is to get healthy for the new year, do so. But don't attempt to starve yourself in order to be like the rest. Be proud of your curves, be proud of your shape and work it girls. This is a new year, new decade, new start. Make it worth it. Much Love <3>

The year 2009 is over! A decade is gone in the wind. Although 2009 was the year I graduated high school, started college, turned 18, I'm happy that 2009 is over. In the year 2010, I see big things happening and I hope the same happens to you all. Set goals, make a list and do everything you put on your list.
